Noon Rotarians Host Fish Fry for Cancer Foundation
The Rotary Club of Warrensburg is holding its annual fish fry to benefit the Johnson County Cancer Foundation and the Warrensburg Senior Center/Care Connections on Friday, May 20, at
A meal of fried fish and trimmings will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Jeff Imboden & The T. Ross Band:Unplugged perform and at 6:30 a live auction with items including sports packages, dinner and golf packages, live entertainment packages and sports clothing begins.
Dinner tickets are $12 and can be purchased from any noon Rotary club member, at the door or by emailing Richard Herman at email@example.com. Children 10 and under are free.
Rotary brings together a global network of volunteer leaders who dedicate their time and talent to tackle the world’s most pressing humanitarian challenges. At the local level, the Rotary Club of Warrensburg has 98 members and continually supports local community projects through events such as the annual pork roast sales in the fall and the fish fry in the spring.
